Wasa Dredging is a highly specialized, market leading company in the field of drilling and blasting underwater bedrock. We are blasting up to 1 million m3 of bedrock on a yearly basis. Wasa Dredging is operating two combined dredging/drilling units: “Hector” and “Boulder”. Both of these units are capable of single-handedly executing projects involving both drilling, blasting of bedrock as well as dredging of the blasted material. In 2019 these two units will be accompanied by “Harald”, a new, third combi-unit.
Our equipment for drilling and blasting has been developed in-house and is based on our extensive experience in the field. The computerized pumping system for charging the drilled holes, advanced progress tracking system, experienced staff and in-house designed drilling towers ensure a high-quality and quantity operation. We believe our drilling and blasting operation to be the best available on the market today.
